Player Loadouts 1.0.2

If I purchase this plugin is there a way to have players be able to choose what loadout they want to spawn with that I created? Like /loadout smg, /loadout thompson and then 3 VIP loadouts like /loadout AK, /loadout LR, /loadout Mp5 I can assign to VIP groups?

I don't want to allow players to create their own loadouts but would it be possible for me to create some predetermined loadouts players can type like "/loadout smg" so they can spawn with an smg or "/loadout thompson" so they can spawn with a thompson loadout gun and armors of my choosing?

Could you add the option to the plugin to set a maximum allowed quantity per item?
or example, not allowing more than 1 million HQM, or more than 500 doors, etc to be stored in the loadout (server modified with stack size)
