Does this also work if you have installed the EventTipsRemover plugin?

If you have a plugin that removes the popup toast from rust then . No it wil not work . But if im not mistaken that plugin only removes the events popups . Not user made ones. Have to get the plugin to test

@Kobani I can confirm . plugin will still work even if EventtipRemover is Installed
