No need to use this plugin anymore. You can just have 'server.industrialallowquickmove' set to true in you convars.

No, you should use the plugin above to fix craft (IndustrialCrafterFix).
IndustrialAllowQuickMove convar enables shorter code for items transfering which is cost less performance, and should be set to true by default.
This bug was fixed in both settings (true and false) since there are skinned wallpapers in the game.
You can just remove IndustrialCustomSkinsFix and all will be fine. And of course set IndustrialAllowQuickMove to true if you previously disable it.

By disabling convar industrial system will stop moving items by just adding amount to items with same shortname, but instead it will use movetocontainer method which gonna have all proper checks to avoid different skin stacking. At least it was like that last time I checked. My plugin was just intercepting that amount change and adding additional skin checks, that aren't needed if you just disable convar.

Well, yea, they updated it since last time I checked. Then yea, I'll change message. Plugin is not needed anymore.
