Awesome thank you.  Last question (mentioned above) can the settings icon in the top left corner be moved with the events bar?  I’ve moved the margin for the events bar so it’s not behind my discord overlay but the settings button doesn’t have a margins option.  Can it be attached to the events bar or maybe even an option to make the settings icon go away and add a chat command to pull up the settings gui?

The settings button can be disabled in the config (change "Enabled" to "false") :

right, but if I disable the button from the screen, there is no way for the players to access the settings any longer, correct?   Maybe adding a command "/panel settings" would solve that?

This is the same roadblock I'm having as well. If you disable the button there is no way to access the setting by command, and if the button is present, it clips through where I have my events placed on the screen.

Any of them really. If players wanted to move them from the areas I have put them by default, then they could customize their placements. I know cooking plugin has a neat future like this where you can edit, and move icons with arrows that appear on screen while editing that you can click to move the icon. It's just a suggestion I thought would be cool after a few players mentioned they didn't like where icons were placed.

Awesome! I think it would be a great feature for something like this. 

How can I set the default size for all icons to be the small size when people load in for the first time?

Is that "default size" under all the settings? and if so would I change it to 25 like the small setting you have pre-set? Is medium 30?

I have another question: Is it possible for your plugin to also support 4K resolutions? Some users have reported that the HUD gets completely displaced when they play with a resolution other than Full HD.

Unfortunately, I cannot test it myself as I do not own a monitor that supports more than Full HD.

Additionally, I have noticed that when I move the position of the online players and the clock downwards, and then deactivate the online players, the clock returns to its default position at the top.
