If I am denying entry from all but one country, should I blacklist the other countries? Or should I whitelist one country?

If I can only enter Japan, should I make the whitelist only for Japan? Also, is there a way to prevent people from countries other than the whitelist that have already entered?

right then you just have to add Japan. no, this possibility does not currently exist
