Been testing this for a good bit and it's been a tremendous help since we do generally moderate signs prior via other tools however it was very manual. This removed the manual labor out of it and has been ezpz. 

The prompting at the bottom of the config may need adjusting based on your servers rules or what you desire to moderate. The default prompt should get anything offensive off of your player's signs though regardless!
