What do you mean by problems, do you have anything specific? I’ve recently put out a few patches that fixed a handful of issues, you can find what they were under the changes tab. However, if you purchase the map and run into any issues I will do my best to fix them asap. 

Is the apartment complex operationally as it was originally?

Yes, I’ve done no changes to the apartment complex, everything is vanilla so it will work just as it would on a fp official server. 

What about Loot in terms of distribution and other things?

One of the custom monuments have a very small amount of loot with radiation and a few npcs and the other has slightly more loot and a few npcs. 

I’ve also added a small amount of loot on some of the bridges but it shouldn’t be game breaking. 

The rest of the monuments are from the base game so the loot distribution will be the same as official vanilla servers.

Okay great, I'm just checking a little and asking before I buy so as to have as little trouble with the map thing as possible, I'm just looking for a good map that won't bore me. I'll do some testing and probably buy it soon.
