The plugin for custom sleds shown in the video does not come with the map.

This is a custom work from the @Adem developer that you can purchase separately (This product will be added to "Work with" as soon as it is published on the website). For the place of these sleds, you get another free plugin that simply changes their physics allowing them to be lighter and faster.

The parameters have an English translation. Look at all the lines in full. You just didn't notice it.

At any point of the monument or at a specific point? It seems that I have placed areas there that are prohibited from construction, and no one has written to me about this problem either.

I have a player also who has built into the hands junkyard. Location is where the train car entrances.
