It is weird, I just went through the submarine which should be a card monument I believe. The only thing close to a fuse box is this splitter that sparks like a fuse box. Other than tthat I can't find a fuse box anywhere.

Not the most elegant solution but I chose to delete the locked puzzle doors

I could update it now, but the editor is broken, and if I update the map in the editor, then all the NPCs will disappear and they will not be on the map, they are broken. Waiting for the editor update

Oh gosh, no worries. I know you would get to this when you can. I think I was hoping that anyone else using Cataclysm might confirm whether they also see the same.
