This map is insanely detailed and such a treat to explore.

An extremely good map, definitely the best one I ever see. Players on my PVE server love it and they are giving me feedbacks like they love it. A lot of places to explore, everything is detailed, zombies at prison are awesome. This is a must-have for every server owner

The best custom map I have seen yet. Great attention to detail and loaded with monuments and things to do. I am currently running it and love it. The creator also responded quick with the few questions I had.

Flabbergasted!  What a map, OMG the custom prefabs are absolutely spot on, the attention to detail is off the Richter scale!  Woodbury, Alexandria, the prison, so many things from the show are here.  Gruber really is the GOAT of custom rust maps, and this is well worth every penny. Currently running in my test server ready for the monthly wipe in 3 days!  I am astounded at his creativity!
Best map ever!

Just purchased this map for my server and it was worth every cent! Gruber did truly an amazing job on the map.  For anyone who enjoyed the Walking Dead shows he has really brought the movie to life in rust with all the custom prefabs. Thanks to Gruber and those who helped him make this map so great! I cant see anyone giving this map less than 5 stars!
