now its also doing it with crates. something is wrong with this plugin

im using custom loot tables for barrels. everything is working perfect. i test 10 barrels, all exactly how the should be. then I test them again an hour later and all the barrles are spitting out 4x what they should be. i have them set to 4 scrap. after some time of the plugin running they start dispensing 16 scrap. What am I doing wrong?

Can we get a boolean value to check if the traveling vendor is out, and if it is then do not spawn convoy yet. Same ability with armored train?

Vanilla status bars seem to overlapping with Timed VIP Status. Dehydrated status for example is bugging out right now on our servers and going right over modded status bars

I'm also noticing that the status bar disappears if the plugin is reloaded. Is it possible to fix these 2 issues?
