IMPORTANT: It is strongly recommended if you upgrade Watchdog to any version that you delete the plugin state file.
To do it delete the following file which is located in the Watchdog folder: Watchdog/cache/_plugin_state.json
NOTE: You cannot delete the file while Watchdog is running, it will be generated again, the server has to be stopped completely (or Watchdog unloaded) to delete the file!
