It's a really good plugin to make scientists more mobile with this plugin, and to make better scientists and development.

it may be "just an API" but it does an excellent job and provides great functionality for many plugins that depend on it.
Now even comes with an easy to use config containing some simpe rules that govern the overall behaviour of the NPC's.
