ya there is some known client side issues with boomboxes some have found fixes deleting something in there rust folder here is what they said "i removed the boombox file from rust don a verify so that the boombox file downloaded and then switched internet audio off and on again and it works now"

if you dont add a loot profile it should use the one set up with alphaloot but custom loot will not conflict you just disable all others and use the api in the config.
