In the admin panel set dash panel to false. This controls all players. If you want it turned off just for you then in your profile ui set dash panel to off. Dash panel is for all vehicles (boat, car, minicopter, etc)

I uploaded a beta version in discord with a possible fix for this. If you are in the discord try it and let me know if it fixes the issue

you can fix it by setting "Block Plugins Which Prevent Item Durability Loss" to false in the profiles.. RaidableBases/data/profiles

Yes, you can use the SQL feature for this or the Webrequest feature. The SQL feature is much easier and more reliable. I use SQL for this and the XPerience mod to show results on our RustLevels website -

What do you mean minimal changes were made to the file itself? If your using an edited version I can't really say what's causing this issue without knowing what has been changed or edited. First I would try an unedited version and see if you still have the issue after restart. -

I even copied your config to mine and no luck but I notice you have your drop chance and vipchance set to 1 and 3.. "dropchance": 1, "vipdropchance": 3, With that you have a 1% chance (1 out of ever 100) for it to even call to drop an item which I didn't notice till I killed like 20 boar and never once got a drop so I had to check lol. But still not getting any errors.

I have been trying to get this to happen for me with no luck, it awards an item when killing animals. I even tried with the ICE AK

Did the player have permission to earn a drop and if so are they set to default drop chance or VIP drop chance? Also what are your current settings?

If you have ranks enabled then they will rank up once they reach max level. Whatever you have set for max level us what they must reach to earn each rank. Ranks cannot be given manually unless you give the player xp to reach max level. Once they rank up their level and xp will reset and they must earn the levels again until they reach max and next rank
