Yes, it works. When installed around the train, a PVP zone will be created in which players will be able to kill each other. The Pve Mode plugin will add additional functions that you can find at the bottom of the config

Hi! By default, bradleys do not cause damage to houses. Check this parameter in the convoy config "Damage multiplier from Bradley to buildings (0 - do not change)"
