Hi. This is done so that players on the server, who use different languages, receive messages from the leng convoy in different languages. If I do as you want, then the players will receive messages only in English

Yes, it works. When installed around the train, a PVP zone will be created in which players will be able to kill each other. The Pve Mode plugin will add additional functions that you can find at the bottom of the config
