This parameter in the config has been replaced by: "Type of doors on location (0 - spawn card readers, 1 - doors need to be raided, 2 - doors can be opened)" In the latest update) -

In the latest version, I did this: Turrets will not attack NPCs who are riding in cars. The convoy will be attacked only by those turrets in which the players who attacked the convoy are authorized
