you need to set "filter Id": " ", in order to use "Select random maps from rustmaps filter id instead of generating random maps on wipe day (true/false)": true, "How many pages the plugin looks up per search request(every page has 30 maps": 6, I've removed this "Path to server identity folder": "server/fragout_1mill" Are you sure you're using the latest update?

No its saves the vote state during restart. You need to configure the auto start vote. Starting vote manually is just for testing.
