The BETTER NPC Plugin is not included! I have created a new water monument. It should demonstrate an underwater missile station, which is guarded by NPCs. You are welcome to use Better NPC to place the enemies as you wish. You need a diving set, as well as a blue and red card. the monument has one entrance and two exit possibilities. so the camping can be prevented somewhat.
