they prefer any roads, they just selecting a random road from available road pathes no, you can't blacklist a road, but you can make a custom road pathes for traffic drivers this plugin doesn't detect a type of road, it's just parsing the available pathes and spawning traffic cars on it -

Save your previous config somewhere and delete it from oxide/config, plugin will load default configuration and you will see a example for this option

I will check it next week. I recommend not to use too narrow roads and when recording a custom path, follow the middle of the road and avoid various obstacles
