I'm going to update the dictionary to utc offsets instead of time zones when I get a minute here in the next few days until then just leave it blank and set the time in the default time zone to match the time in the time zone you want to use example EST 5pm PST 2pm
i figured out the issue i forgot that linux based machines read time zones differently than windows based i updated the logic to handle both pushing out the update now sorry about that
