1 would be the first Thursday of the month after you set the day like that delete the data file with with the plugin unloaded then load the plugin again it will generate a new data file and running that schedule going forward

time zones follow utc time just look up the offset for arizona in utc time also no this is designed to unload plugins like true pve and what not to allow damage

2 things redo the config to 00 not 24 that is not a time second after you make a change to the date and time in the config delete the data file while the plugin is unloaded then load it again

it only happens with this plugin i tested it over and over by unloading plugins trying to figure out the cause i finally had my player stop using his npc and it went away as soon as he spawned a new one and put it work that came back

look in the consumer priority list that's what you want to put in the blacklist so it's just "button", "storageadaptor.deployed" you have electric.button and storageadaptor probably could put pressbutton in there too

only reason i asked is because i had a plugin that was messing with buttons server wide at monuments and everything wanted to rule out that was the cause
