I haven't investigated how the map works with carbon, but I guarantee the map will work on oxide. Your case is a problem with the RustEdit plugin. The elevators will spawn when you first load the map, because it is a prefab entity. If you encounter such a problem, you can try this method - enter the console command: rustedit.io.reset > save > restart the server. This may help.- 1 reply

Changing the map may affect the operation of plugins, I advise you to check the map on a clean server and I am sure that there will be no problems.. I have already dealt with such a problem and the problem turned out to be in the plugin, updating the plugin solved everything
