    loot road scientist

    The road scientist is called junk pile scientist in the plugin. The deep sea scientist loot is missing because the loot system works differently for the new scientists and the plugin does not support it yet
  2. If you are getting performance problems I recommend you to decrease the loot drop chance in the config. Im also gonna add the option to have a backback drop instead of a black box with the next update. Until the update you can replace "item_drop_buoyant" with "item_drop_backpack" in line 1428 in the plugin file.

    Hi, for technical reasons the plugin can not respect the stack size of items when they are added to crates. This is not a bug

    The developer of BetterNpc just reached out to me and told me how to prevent BetterNpc from spawning npcs on the ship. Please update to the latest version
  8. This plugin works with the naval update (includes config options for the patrol boat)
  9. It is possible for other developers to use this plugin as well. But as far as I know no one used it yet

  13. This is probably due to changes introduced with the deep sea update. Because of this update the plugin is also no longer able to generate a path at runtime. I am currently working together with the developer of WaterBases to implement a check that water bases can no longer be built on the tugboat path

    It looks like you are the only one encountering this problem so far. I also have a pve server with a lot of their plugins and don't have any issues. There is probably some other plugin killing the npcs right at the start of the event
  15. Hi, I use the NpcSpawn plugin to create npcs on the ship. At the moment there are a lot of changes going on so it is very likely that it is just a temporary problem. Give the developers some time to get it sorted out.

    This seems to be a problem with BetterNpc and there is nothing that I can do about it. Since there is a lot going on with NpcSpawn and BetterNpc at the moment I would give the developers some time to fix it

    Update: NpcSpawn version 3 introduced an api change for parenting. If you recently update NpcSpawn then this is probably the cause. I'm gonna release an update soon to fix it

    Unfortunately there is not much I can do about this. Every rust plugin has an impact on server performance, that's just the nature of modding. If your players are experiencing rubber banding while the event is active you might consider a more performant game server, especially if you also run other events like convoy.
