We’ve updated our review policy to make the feedback process more open, transparent, and now completely community-driven. Reviews will still undergo an initial check to ensure they are appropriate and in line with our terms of service. Beyond this, we will no longer evaluate the authenticity of user experiences beyond what is outlined in our disclaimer. Starting today, the community has taken control of all reviews to improve transparency and fairness. You get to decide what you deem appropriate feedback or not, rather than at the whim of our moderation team. While we worked extremely hard to be transparent and ensure quality reviews, we completely understand that it wasn't a good look. You can mark a review as helpful or unhelpful to increase or decrease the signal from each review. Once a review becomes overwhelmingly unhelpful, it will no longer contribute to the review's rating, but will still be visible, positioned slightly out of sight to avoid occupying screen real estate from helpful reviews. This can go either way, so we'll be actively monitoring review voting activity to ensure the integrity of our new review system and prevent it from being used in an inappropriate way to influence or invalidate reviews, such as coordinated attacks from malicious users or creators trying to boost their ratings. Oof, that's not the kind of wait times we were hoping for. We are still inventing our processes as we go, and grossly underestimated the volume of requests we'd get. The problem is people aren't requesting refunds within the scope of our warranty, so it's taking a bit for us to sift through. This is being improved, and I apologize for the delay.

You should not be sharing your account, as that would be against our ToS and violate the license of most purchased files on the platform. For support and managing billing, we have a feature called alternative contacts. This does not give them access to download due to license restrictions. You can achieve this, though, with Carbon's admin module, which lets you log in to your Codefling account and download plugins directly from in-game. Installed plugins can be updated by other authorized users, but they can't install them if they don't own them. So effectively, if you own multiple files between multiple admins, you can update them all via the panel without needing to log in or share account access.

This has been in development for a bit and is coming later this year. Still working out the frontend.

There are actually two images there. The thumbnail, which is what the actual carousel shows, and the original once you click on it which shows a higher resolution image. I imagine you want the original, so you should click first, otherwise, you'll get the thumbnail instead which is compressed and rendered to fit the viewport perfectly.

@The Large Car Trucker @Malkizid This sounds like a great idea for tangile goods that can be returned. You cannot return digital goods, as it's impossible to verify and enforce. If you purchased something that doesn't work or is not as described, our warranty already covers this. But we cannot offer refunds for buyer's remorse. It's not the author's fault you discovered a similar feature in another plugin you had, or you realized you didn't actually need it. As for our Discord support @The Large Car Trucker we responded within 14 hours, which is a pretty good turnaround for support requests made after hours. Expecting more is a bit unreasonable considering the amount of effort we already put into our existing support channels.

You can pin them to the top if you want the more important ones to be more visible.

This is built into Quick Search, but yes, Advanced Search is intentionally vague but I could potentially allow you to set your own defaults so you don't have to keep changing it everytime.

Don't think bias is the word you're looking for. If your review provides no value and is not based on a genuine experience, it will not be approved. We have run two polls already, and the current process has been overwhelmingly voted for by not only customers but also creators. Every part of this process is public. Not sure why you'd think we'd hide your feedback as if all of this is lowkey. Here is the very public Discord channel that shows a feed of all reviews and why they were accepted or declined, featuring yours truly, and uniroincally a negative review

We actually have tools to migrate purchases, so this could be possible if the authors are willing. Reach out and live chat, and I can see what I can do.
