Hello would this work with DiscordRoles?

No not directly afaik, I haven't used DiscordRoles and I 'm not sure how/where he stores the verified users.
My plugin doesn't use groups or permissions to whitelist just straight up steamID.

No it is only in game for now.

Hello, I just bought your plugin, the admins are also added to the whitelist, only if I enter /whitelist in the chat is it recognized, but unfortunately normal players don't come

What steps were done and what are you trying to do?

I should reword the description, only Owners and Mods (anyone with Auth 2 / Auth 1) will be auto added.

This whitelist plugin will work with Discord roles? for example, if some users have some specific discord role will added automatically to the whitelist on the server.

No, you need to add players to the datafile either in-game of from console or directly in the data file following the correct syntax.
