About WELCOME MESSAGE

📄 Description :
- This plugin allows you to display a welcome message on players' screens when they arrive on the server. They can also click a button to execute a command, such as opening a menu.

🔧 Settings :
- HUD colors
- Display time (20s)
- Welcome text (Welcome <player> !)
- Button text (INFO)
-Button command (say.chat /info)

✏️ F1 Commands :
- wm.test (to test the UI. Only admin)

🔒 Permissions :
-  oxide.grant user <steamID/user> welcomemessage.use
