ORE EVENT 2.0.0

This plugin allows you to launch quick gather rush events that temporarily multiply ore gather rates (stone, metal, sulfur, HQM, or all at once) for a chosen duration, with a live HUD and chat announcements for all players.

 Settings :
- HUD colors
- Event duration (in F1 commands)
- Items (in F1 commands)
- Multiplier (in F1 commands)
- Server message (true/false)

 Server message = true (you need the ServerMessage.cs plugin, https://codefling.com/plugins/server-message)
 Server message = false (these messages will appear in the global chat, replacing the UI) 


 F1 Commands :
- or.start <items> <duration> <multiplier>
- or.stop
(Items : stone / metal / sulfur /hqm / all)

 Permissions :
- ownerid <steamID/user>
