You can go onto the steam workshop for Rust, and make a collection. Then you can import the collection into Skinner. The plugin (like all the other skin plugins) used to let you use all the approved skins in Rust. Rust changed their ToS so that is no longer allowed, so you have to exclusively use a curated list of workshop skins that AREN'T available for purchase in the base game. 

You can probably browse collections on Rust and find a bunch already made you can add without having to find your own skins.

Is it possible to make a skin have multiple permissions for access? For example if I have Cool Blue Coffee Can Helmet part of the Cool Blue set, can I set the permission to skinner.CoolBlueSet, skinner.CoolBlueCCHelmet?

yeah skins were there but then facepunch changed there T.O.S regarding skins - you can easily add skins they just need to be in the data file in the correct format

Hi There,

We have been testing this plugin in dev mode on a local server to test the plugin out. 

We added some of the new turret skins by using /sip to import themn. It seems that the cuirrent version
of the plugin does not see any of the workshop skins that we attempt to import. 

Would you able to confirm if this requires an update to see these new turret skins in the workshop?

ME TOO!!!! I attempted to import all the skins from https://github.com/yesBad/rust-skins-updater/blob/master/items.json

Nothing changed; none of the skins were available.

I am trying hard to get @Whispers88 to tell me IF I set this mod to DevMode = True IS IT now allowing use of pay skins OR is it all marketplace free skins?  I need to know that answer SOON.... right now I am no longer using this mod because

1.  The only way to get skins is Dev Mode = TRUE
2.  When I do import skins; they never show up
3.  I need to know if DevMode=TRUE allows skins that need to be paid for; meaning I would be allowing skins I should not.
