Things to fix and add to the Rocket Event Plugin

- Fix the issue with bot spawning in the air

- Add option to turn off the sounds from the explosions or to remove them or add a timer as to when to stop the explosions

- Add an option to define how many bots there are

- Add bots that roam on the ground and next to the boxes

- Remove the damage from the explosions - Add a marker on the map showing that the event is active

- Add options to put kits on the bots

- Add options to change the health of the bots
