It worked like a charm.
Container skin for metal..... will it apply just random colors, or is it any way to set the color?
Dont want it to just use alot of random colors. Thats ugly as f......

Edit: Nevermind..... just saw the answer in the image from config that you posted 🤣

But i assume that isnt added with the 2 lines i edited in the plugin file.
Can wait with that until you release the next update 😊

I have a question. When we place our own TC in Raidable bases, we would like the turrets to stop firing. Is that possible?

heya. on vanilla the auth from TC doesn't protect you from turrets. auth on the turret does. I could add an option that auths the players on the turrets when they take the TC, but I think that takes away from the immersion of the event, not to mention the difficulty of it. also, you're sort of embodying the idea that the player can take over the base when that's not possible. I have no issue adding it, but those are some points to think about.

Hey. I saw on other servers that they had set when a tc is broken and you put your own tc, that the turrets no longer shoot. At first I thought that was standard. Now that I have my own server. We saw that the turrets shoot in raidable bases even if you have your own TC placed. We thought it was strange, because we are used to it differently. We just leave it like that, that the turrets fire even if you have tc . Thank you for your quick response.

ya, there are plugins that auto-auth you on turrets when you are authorized on the TC

like I said, if you want the option I can add it but that's your call. it would only be a few lines of code.

Hey, just relating to the only spawning easy issue i posted earlier. im running rbe debug and all its posting is DEBUG: 1x - All modes excluded. Nothing left to spawn. this is even when there are only 2x easy bases spawned on the map. also it seems like this is persisting across server reboots. once the issue happens, no bases seem to spawn besides easy across multiple days. the only think ive been able to do to fix this is completely redo the config. i mean delete it on the server, reload the plugin to generate a new one and then edit it to get the bases spawning again.

 

also on a side note, it seems something to do with rb is causing pocket dimensions to break. i talked with the dev of that plugin and he said to mention it to you.

edit: nevermind, this can only happen if the player is not inside the bubble and tries to deploy the box into the bubble. so there might be a bug where the plugin isn't detecting him inside, but if he was outside and deployed inside then it will always kill it and that goes for any entity, and is intended

just fixed issues where bases would stop respawning, or no longer be available, after some time which required the plugin to be reloaded

lots of reasons this can happen so I won't bother explaining them all. namely profiles which don't work on the map you're currently using, and busted forced height settings can cause it too.

Has anyone else experienced excessive lag when large bases load after the turret update? It's the only thing I can connect it to.

yes, too many turrets with interference will cause massive lag for quite some time. I can't patch it until the oxide hooks are added

you can use this plugin for now, which works for non-player entities such as those from raid bases. you can enable it for player turrets if you edit the config. this is far better than using convars to "remove" limits too.

set Amount of entities to paste per batch. Use to tweak performance impact of pasting to 5 or less in CopyPaste config, maybe 1 for testing

Amount Of Entities To Spawn Per Batch is 1 by default in the Raidable Bases profile already

yes, the base needs to be owned with these options

Lock Treasure To First Attacker

Lock Raid To Buyer And Friends

there are bypass options for pve and pvp.

well its telling you what the issue is. you have no buildings configured. you need to readd them

are your profiles unchanged otherwise?
