No, for example, an admin can place a portal anywhere and it stays fixed.

right now it only supports monument portals for persistence .... i dont think i will do anywhere at any time portals 

Question about this plugin. I'm looking for a portal plugin with a nice looking prefab like this, that admin can spawn in custom portals on map that are persistant through reboots and not has to be spawned at a monument. Can this plugin do that? I just want to link a few custom built areas on my map.

all spawns must be at monuments . from config . all explained in video . just what video dont add there is jumps between monuments

Thank you for the clarification about it! I found a similar plugin that will add that feature, so I will get the other one instead.

its always your choice . if it does not fit your needs . then is all good
