I don't really understand what these settings mean.
Also, it seems like the Delay, Interval, and Amount settings aren't loading correctly.

Hello,

HealAmout=5 allows you to gain 5 health points every 3 seconds if HealInterval=3; regeneration starts 10 seconds after taking damage if HealDelay=10. I hope this clarifies things for you, and it normally works very well, but I will release an update to the plugin when I return from vacation.
