Please add loot protection from NPCs and Airdrop.

i have alpha loot just not sure how to make a loot profile on it for just this plugin

Read the alpha loot docks on how to make a profile then enter that profiles name in random raids config. there is a section in the config for npc loot and the airdrop loot.  https://www.chaoscode.io/resources/alphaloot-profile-editor.183/

If adding airdropped loot protection is a troublesome matter, can you tell me if there are any other ways to handle this?

okay but what loot source do the npc's pull from heavy scientist?

i use fancy drop that covers all airdrop containers and locks them to who they are intended for that might work

The fancy drop plugin cannot solve the problem of locking the ownership of NPC random rays airdropped loot. It is ownerless, just like the default airdrop in the system, and anyone can plunder it. The current situation is to lock in its ownership, only the owner can plunder it.

dang i guess i didn't realize this was a problem this might cause issues on my pve server....

I am going to try and have this in the next update. What plugin you using to stop players from looting scientists other players kill on like cargo exctra?

yes but if you are looking for documentation on how to implement what we are talking about look at fancy drop on umod that already does exactly what we need it locks the airdrop to the intended owner

No need i do this in Npc Raiders plugin but was just wondering what others were doing for stock events.

i am still struggling trying to figure out how to get alpha loot to work with this

i did what i thought i was supposed to do and now they are not dropping any loot at all

I use the LootDefender plugin to prevent players from plundering scientists killed by other players. I hope that after the NPC random rays plugin activity ends, the airdrop will be attributed.

Was as easy as clicking the + sign next to Custom Loot Profiles in the Alpha Loot Editor (left side, scroll down to bottom), creating the profiles i needed for NPCs and Supply Drops in my main Loot Table File, and then setting these custom loot profile names in the RandomRaids config file. Quick reload for AL and RR after that and it was done. Hope that helps!

i don't have a plus sign to add a loot profile in the default loot table i don't understand why the plugin does not have it's own loot table for the time being i have to uninstall players are not even being raided either.

i figured it out my editor was out of date it's working now thanks for the help
