Loottable v2 open beta

I am currently looking for some people willing to test the new Loottable version. The new version is fully backwards compatible and the basic functionality has already been tested by me.  To ensure the plugin works as expected not only on my test server, I decided to do a beta testing phase before release.

The only requirement to participate is that you own Loottable.

the plugin does not work. MANY of the NPCs loot dont have loot tables. So anyone running Missile silo gets crap loot. How is that working? Same thing with Launch Site.  This is vanilla loot on my 10X server. How can you say that's working?

I am aware of these issues but I am unable to reproduce them. I already spent countless hours attempting to diagnose the problem with npc loot. The core of this plugin is over 2 years old and has become a nightmare to maintain and debug. For that reason I'm trying to get v2 out as soon as possible.

Clearly it does work properly and compiles without error 
but some functions are not working and some library references from Rust's updates are clearly missing, for quite some time, as 20K and others have pointed out throughout the year, which is pretty frustrating.

It's unfortunate that these issues big or small can not be  be easily addressed in a small hotfix,  which one would expect from a Premium and otherwise great plugin such as this!

We will eagerly await another one of your long overdue but much anticipated and appreciated "rewrites" of your plugin.

Yeh, definitely unfortunate that this plugin has needed some love for quite some time now. I thought a lot of it was just me, but seems others have been having issues and requesting an update for awhile now.

atm I cannot use this plugin, its installed, its loaded and reloaded, but I cannot open it ingame. 
and its also not shown in permissions setup from admin menu.

Maybe I'm just lucky, been using it for months with no issues. Loot and custom added loot always there even on these crappy forced wipes.

This can happen with any plugins that have their own stack controls when using a stackmodifier.
Choose which plugin you want to handle the stacking. 
In this case its probably simpler to change the setting in FurnaceUpgrades    "Auto split cookables":

whichever way you prefer,  this conflict is a simple fix via your configuration files

Everything at silo is good on my end, I have all default loot and then enabled custom loot and modded it.

i get this 1 too, not just FurnaceUpgrades, but IQAlcoholFarm, BradleyDrops and HeliSignals with Loottable being the common conflicting plugin

Check all the configs for those plugins, look for conflicting stacking settings within each config and adjust as required.
Then you will have no conflicts with stacks relating to those plugins and Loottable
.
By default Loottable manages all stack modifiers, you can change this from Loottable or from each plugin that manages its own stacks, like I wrote to izvekland about Furnace upgrades, with a solution.

I don't mind helping, I run 4 servers plus have a dedicated TEST server... best plugin out there IMO, switched to it from AlphaLoot which I thought would be a hard one to beat. I would love to help. 🙂

I'd be down to test, we run it on 3 servers. Haven't had an issue until the last update. Now random items started dropping in crates that aren't in the config lol
