Skin IDs for all drops are on the plugin descriptions page

No, images are not local. There are no images, the only thing required is the Skin IDs, these are not images and they do not require image URLs to function, as with any Rust skin. If you want to add signals to your shop, that is when you require image URLs. In that case, you should save the images off the plugin page and host them somewhere for your convenience.

What links? I don't really understand what you are asking. I am not hosting any files locally or changing anything with regards to this. I think you are misunderstanding how it works, but I am unable to really understand the trouble you are having as you aren't describing well.

That’s on you, I provide the skins and the images, you can download and host them wherever you like for your shop. That is nothing to do with my plugin.
