So for this weekend im planning the release of the hardmode feature . that will add 3 events on 3 time stamps to make it harder.

timing is on 50% , 25% and 10% time left on main crate

and the 3 events (more to be added later for more randomness)  1. inbound patrol helicopter . 2. Extra chinook bringing in heavy's  . and a f15 to drop radiation on oil for 20sec .. Radiation is in gradient so if you in middle center of rig you will get the most rad's and top at side the least

 

so at moment i just want to get my players to play a event to record a new video to explain the whole event after our wipe today then im ready to release over weekend .

 

if there is any thoughts on this please let me hear it ... and see if i can make the adjustments.

Can you add an option to have bodies turn into body bags a lot faster please? Currently its getting rather intense with bodies during large rig event

@dylanstar12 added config to disable corpses on oilrig for you . default is set to true . so just update for it to work

How would you guys feel like if i added double loot in one or all of the extra crates ?

No, because I only one ONE CARD in a crate, if the crate gives up a card.

OK, have a question for you regarding the update.  I have tested the cards.  I had one of each card ... the Old Purple Card, because many of my players have inventory of this card (we use a bank, so they can carry this over from wipe to wipe), the Hard card and the Normal card.  I had the purple card in my weapons bar, as I generally do for this event.  I pressed the button, the event started, but I was left with my Purple card and the Hard card.

So, does the Purple card not work any longer?  And, why did it prioritize Normal over Hard?  I need to educate my players in case they have one of each in their inventory.  


Secondly, I use GUIShop and have the card listed there, with the skin ID of 1988408422.  What are the skin ID's of the Hard and Normal cards?   I can't see them?

Ok  . yes  Purple card was retired to make room for the new card system to include a hard mode ... so purple card dont work anymore .... and yes the card system will prioritize the first card it finds in the player inventory so i could have been the hard one used . just depends . so players needs to take the mode they want to use ....  . 

as a note . they can also swipe the card on the red room . that will also activate the event (if they feel the need to take both cards)

HardCard = 3431996394

Both still the redcard prefab

 

so to get back to my original question . do you feel not to add more loot to the system for more reward , or do you feel if it gets implemented to only be a option in hardmode ?

Oh, you were speaking of "Hard" ... I was thinking all.  In  this case, yes.  Otherwise, some players would say why do the extra work.  I already abuse my players by using BotReSpawn and adding bots that blend in with the NPC's, and they toss Smoke Grenades too ... so, yeah, my players would claim, more loot.  Greedy bastards!  lol

so as been working on the hard mode .. and extra loot . my server players asked to make it that hardcard only spawns in crates in normal mode . so i added that option in config . and that made me think to add an extrememode , that will add 2 more crates to each oil rigs and instead of 3 extra event to do all 5 events . and bradly's crate drops be 5 ... plus only way to get extreme card is to do a hardmode .

 

so this will then be like a level base to ony way to do next level is to do the Previous ...

Thoughts?

Basic ui for config ingame  completed .... seems I might might push the update by tomorrow evening with new Extreme mode
