Hello Ping Chun Chang and thank you DocNorris for your message, don't worry nothing has been lost there was a problem with special characters in some store that used them. The problem was solved overnight. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello again. I have a problem with some of my buyers, who issued a refund after having the benefits for a few days. I set an agreement on the web store that all purchases are not refundable due to the product-specific benefits on my server that will carry over to the wipes and progression system. also for taking action on PayPal, which is not too user-friendly on our side. too much effort to do that.
Is there any way to solve this kind of problem, or is there something called non-refundable?

Hi Ping Chun Chang ! The general conditions are already visible in the checkout and indicate to the players that their purchase is non-refundable.

So if you have a problem with a Paypal dispute send them a screenshot of your checkout page and a screenshot of the payment details with a proof of delivery in game. 

This method will not work every time, but sometimes Paypal will go in your favor if you respond to disputes.

Hi Fangs, add all your Rust and Discord servers in MY SERVERS then in MY PRODUCT edit a product and add your both Rust servers and your Discord server like this: https://docs.tip4serv.com/store-setup/server-commands

After purchasing, the commands will be sent to all the servers you have configured in the product.

Hello, looking to replace Tebex. They don't have a fast way to communicate when there's a problem. Players who pays wont go for that. Could you kindly mention some benefits to switching with you guys. Thanks.

For me, the benefit was that it uses PayPal. Easy and trusted for most. 
Downside is the Website UI is kinda oldschool. Would love to have more control of the different BG elements on the shop page.

Do you have a site i can check out?

I can guarantee you that it only comes with more benefits. Where Tebvex has everything behind a paywall, does tips4server not. Yes, they might have a premium option, but it does not limit you from using certain tools that are normally behind a paywall at tebex.

If you make an account at tips4serv, you can look at how everything works. No need to ask for a website to "check out" as you can make one yourself in just a few minutes.

I'm struggling to get the webstore to connect to the Rust server.  It used to be connected. It gave the VIP perms and money. It no longer does either of these. Any help is appreciated.
