§1 Copyright

1.1 Theft or unauthorized use or reproduction of content is strictly prohibited.

§2 Responsibility

2.1 We assume no liability for lost or damaged items in connection with our services.

2.2 We assume no responsibility for any damages or losses arising from the use of our services.

§3 Contact, Discord Rules

3.1 Spamming of messages will be penalized with a timeout or ban.

3.2 Racist, discriminatory, sexist, or offensive expressions are strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

§4 Feedback

4.1 In case of dissatisfaction with our services, we request appropriate and respectful communication.

4.2 Feedback is welcome but should be truthful and expressed in a factual manner.

4.3 Support is exclusively available in German or English.

§5 Exchange and Adjustments

5.1 No exchange is possible after completion of the service. Adjustments or changes are possible for custom orders.

§6 Advertising

6.1 Advertising in text, voice form, or private chat is not allowed.

§7 Measures in the Event of a Breach of the Rules

7.1 We reserve the right to take appropriate measures in the event of a breach of these rules.

§8 Legal Steps

8.1 In case of theft, leaks, or other legal violations, we reserve the right to take legal action.

§9 Confidentiality

9.1 We are committed to strict confidentiality of all information and materials provided to us in the context of services.

9.2 Customer information and project details will only be used for the agreed purpose and not disclosed without the express consent of the customer.

§10 Delivery Time and Deadlines

10.1 We will strive to provide all services within the agreed deadlines.

10.2 Delays due to unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or events beyond our control release us from the obligation of timely delivery.

§11 Payment Terms

11.1 Payment will be made according to the agreed terms.

11.2 In case of delays or outstanding payments, we reserve the right to suspend the provision of further services until payment is received.

§12 Updates and Functionality

12.1 The service is sold as functional at the current state. We do not assume an obligation for subsequent adjustment or updating of the service unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

12.2 Changes to platforms, technologies, or other relevant factors occurring after the provision of the service are beyond our control. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any malfunctions or incompatibilities resulting from such changes.

12.3 No liability is assumed for malfunctions due to changes in third-party platforms or other technological developments, provided these changes occur after the completion of the service.

§13 Disclaimer

13.1 We assume no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services unless required by law.

13.2 Our liability is in any case limited to the amount of fees paid for the respective service.
