There are two options right now. First would be just removing the vanding machine. Second would be removing the pookie bears and placing bandit npc. That would fix the shop but also removes the pookie bears.

hey mrroberts! Looks like there is a issue with the shopkeeper. We are working on it right now. Key card rooms are working fine for us we don't have any issues with open them.
