Try a different command, if it works it means "givesp" is not a console command/is not supported to work this way, I'll be able to take a more in depth look this week L.E: Make sure 1 is the correct skin id of the custom item

Skin Perks has no ability to modify or increase health, make sure you aren't using other plugins that can modify that

only items with skin ids can be modified, there is no support for items without a skin id at the moment
