No way to reproduce the issue at the moment, are you able to test on a test server with only predator missile loaded? The harmony patches for the antihack checks that causes that mentioned bug it's still working fine

There is no error message when pressing the right click, the message only appears for the left click since there is a server side check upon placing

iif you want it to play for everyone near the player death position you'll have to find the players close to it and add them to a list & pass that list to the sound library api hook call
