This can happen if there are too many servers trying to download these images at the same time. You can unload Image Library then wait roughly 5 mins the reload it and see if they load then.

This can happen if too many servers try loading the images from imgur within a certain time frame. They temporarily block them for a few mins which many sharing hosts do this sadly. I would suggest unloading image library and wait a few mins the reload it.

have you tried the other hook option under weaponry stat -

In the admin panel select stats, then under weaponry set max ammo option to 0 -

Xperience is not compatible with the extended magazine mod. If you wish to use that mod then you must disable the added ammo within the weaponry stat -
