Hello! First of all, sorry for the delay, I don't know why I haven't read this comment before. I'll tell you, in the configuration several tiers are generated by default. You should pay attention to it and make adjustments to your liking. Regarding the deletion when a wipe is done, this plugin is automatically based on the map. Therefore, as soon as it detects a map change, it resets. -
can you confirm if you are using the latest version? 1.5.5 compiles fine for me on my modded server. -

As far as I can see, nobody usually reads the update notes. This latest update is for after the October Facepunch update. That's why if you update before then it won't compile...

Yes, when you click on any wallpaper it refreshes the entire window so that it is marked as active. There is no way to keep the view and refresh just that...

I use an older version of that plugin on my server. A buyer recently commented that he seems to be having problems when changing the skin of the TC from the plugin. Apparently Raid Protection is not enabled on the reskinned TC. But this is solved by disabling that feature in BetterTc. That is, it is not possible to change the skin so that the original TC placed by the player is not deleted.- 450 comments

Do the items appear but without icons? With the black image library icon? If so, I would recommend refreshing the images with the image library command: refreshallimages and then reload all the plugins that use/have images so that they are downloaded again and hopefully displayed correctly.

This is funny... I put that message to show if it was detecting other teammates' builds correctly. That message being displayed means that BetterTC did not find any players in the team of the player who put the upgrade system into operation.
