Да. Что значит не помогло? Ты купил этот плагин? Там же русским языком написано, что работает толЬко с ним. Это просто функционал для стороннего плагина. Поэтому без этого плагина и не работают эти настройки

You have some kind of plugin that limits the number of bradleys on the server. ArmoredTrain does not affect this -
