I see you’re working on it, and that’s fine. what matters is the actual fix, not the back-and-forth over wording. but let’s be straight, I didn’t "spread false information", like you said. I reported exactly what was happening and shared that I’d been told "I’ve tried lots of different things and nothing works well." Calling me a "moron" for pushing on that, then turning it into me misrepresenting what was said, is deflection. and just to be clear, playing semantic games about that phrase versus "can’t fix it" doesn’t change the reality. in context it meant nothing was resolving the issue, which is effectively saying the same thing. if you’ve implemented something, spell out what was changed, what’s still outstanding, and what you need from me to verify it. also, drop the personal attacks, an apology for the "moron" comment would go a long way toward making this a working dialogue. I want this resolved, no pressure, never gave presure about it like you think I did, I just asked for a refund because you said to me that you have tried a lot of different things and nothing worked, what is logically normal. If you go to a store or shop, and you buy something broken, either you ask to fix it, or for a refund. If the seller says that he tried a lot of things but nothing worked wouldn't you ask for a refund? Just put on the customers head and stop thinking about you own. either finish the fix so the plugin works as expected, or acknowledge its current limits and sort out a refund. The noise around who said what isn’t helping at all.

knock off the arrogance. you’re selling a plugin that isn’t working 100%, and pretending otherwise while deflecting and arguing over wording isn’t helping. I never gave you an ultimatum, I’ve been asking for clarity and real support that wasn't gave at the time, I have never threatening you like you say. be transparent about what happened and what’s actually broken, either fix it properly or admit the limitations and refund who bought this from you, and stop with the personal attacks and mocking on discord. calling me names or insulting me, and twisting the conversation is very unprofessional from your own.

Are you kidding me right? “Tried lots of different things and nothing works well” or “can’t fix it” are effectively the same in context, the issue still persists and nothing you've done has resolved it. Stop playing with semantics. Either lay out exactly what was tried, what’s changed, and what’s next to actually fix the underwater NPCs, or just process the refund. This back and forth about wording isn’t solving anything.

Still with issues with version 1.8.5, the issue inside water is still happening, so there is no fix for it yet. they still go under water and shoot and throw explosives from there, and this is not deep water. Dev said that issue was fixed, when it's not.

dude wtf is this? This is so disrespectful. I’m not spreading false information, I’m reporting exactly what I’ve experienced with your broken plugin. You just keep talking to yourself, trying to make it look like I’m the one in the wrong, when you’re the one misrepresenting what was said and refusing to own the lack of a real fix. I have screenshots, the conversation, and the fact that I was told “I tried lots of things and can’t fix it, even to put them swiming I wasn't able to,” plus NPC's still stuck underwater attacking bases. Stop deflecting. Either provide a real, complete fix or process the refund.

Wow, calling moron to your clients, it says a lot about you. I saw the screenshot where you called me a “real moron” and mocked the issue I raised. That wasn’t just unhelpful, it was flat-out disrespectful for somebody who bought your product. I came here to get support on a broken part of your plugin, and asked for the developer because it wasn’t resolved. If you can’t have a civil conversation about the actual problem, then don’t pretend this is about “entitlement” or semantics. I expect either a real, professional response, owning what was said, clarifying the status of the fix, and helping move forward, or an acknowledgment that the way support is being handled is unacceptable. Insulting people for reporting bugs that you're not able to fix isn’t how you build trust with buyers.

you’re just twisting what happened. I did report the underwater/stuck NPC issue, they’re spawning under water or buried and attacking bases with no way to deal with them. that’s not me making things up, it’s a real bug. “I tried lots of different things with the water and nothing fixed it" , was what I was told, so telling me to ‘google the definition’ of that instead of acknowledging it isn’t helping, it's a dodge, not support. and just to be clear: I don’t care if the support comes today, tomorrow, or in 15 days, what matters is that it’s done properly. saying “i tried a lot things in the water and it still doesn’t work” isn’t support, it’s selling a broken plugin and passing it off as functional, and that’s misleading people.

You just said you've tried everything and nothing works.. Im not using any translater, since I understand and speak fluent english. Not like your plugins that are broken and u still put them on sale. ill quote you right away: "ya i have tried lots of different thing for the water and nothing works well" so, you know that u have a broken plugin, and you still keep selling it. and thats why im requesting a refund, because the developer said that tried a lot of different things, and still not able to fix it. it has been said by you lol so, ill ask again, am i going to receive propper support for this broken plugin or am I entitled to receive a refund for this scam?

Im not putting things in your mouth, im showing what you have said. you said that you were not able to fix it, not even to put them swimming lol, so, logically, i've requested a refund. and dont lie saying that you were not aware of it when you were. so you develop broken plugins, and you now are waiting for the community to solve your issues? lol what a joke Ill report you and this file to codefling, i really hope they do something so nobody else can be fooled like i was with this broken plugin. Its not a config matter, is the plugin itself that is broken, selling broken things its a scam.

I’m trying to get the issues fixed or get my money back, those are the only two acceptable outcomes at this point. Just to be crystal clear: support was requested. I followed up with the person on your Discord, tried the suggestions they gave, and then said I’d rather wait for the developer to weigh in. The response I got was “we tried everything and can’t fix it.” So don’t rewrite that and say I refused to try, i've already done what was asked. The underwater/stuck NPCs and the broken base-nearwater detection are still happening, and not only on deep waters like you say. Telling me “you’re not asking the right way” after I’ve been upfront about the impact this has on gameplay (players losing bases, unable to deal with stuck NPCs) isn’t helping. I asked for support first, politely, not ultimating like you say. You took almost 2 days to answer my question, and U answered because I said that I was waiting from an answer for the developer. What did you expected when you said that you tried everything and you're still not able to fix it? You wanted me to ask if you have more broken plugins like this one so I can bought them and waste my money? When that failed to produce a real resolution, I asked for a refund. That’s not an ultimatum trying to bully you, it’s a logical next step because the plugin isn’t working as expected and I’ve been blocked from getting proper help. Do you think that this is proper support? You're wrong in every way pal. So again: either provide actionable support with a real fix/timeline for the remaining issues, or process the refund. Anything else just drags this out without solving anything.

the support was requested, and I initially got help from someone who's been on your discord for a month or so. when I said I’d rather wait for a response from the developer, the developer replied that he had “already tried everything, even put them swimming” and can’t fix it. so don’t lie and claim support wasn’t asked for, it was, and I was told there’s no way to fix it. that’s not acceptable, I need either a real solution from you or a refund. this half-answered “we tried everything” dead end has gone on long enough.

dude what? you just said to me on discord that you've tried everything and you still werent able to fix it lol, even to put them swimming. the supoort was requested, you just said that you were not able to fix it. so, thats the reason that Im requesting the refund, because YOU said that YOU were not able to fix it! if you're not able to fix your plugin, why do you still selling them? to fool people with your "might work" plugin? So how is it going to be? Are you going to provide me support for this broken plugin or a refund? or are we going to chip chat all day?

Being humble doesn't hurt buddy. You could at least tell me "hey mate, i cannot refund you, but if you have some time I would like to check it with you so we can fixe those issues.", i would say yes to you, because I see the potential and I wouldnt mind to help. but instead of it, you just wanted to try to proof that you're right, when you're not. So, due to that, I wont say anything else on this thread, everybody can pop on your discord and check our entire conversation and they'll see that you're totally wrong on that behaviour. happy sales!

at least tell the things as they are, I have never threatened anybody. I did politely show my POV, that is more than aknowledged by you and other users. and I did politely asked if you were going to fix the issues, or you're providing a refund due to that. if you think that this is an ultimatum, then you're very wrong. or did I said "You should refund me, otherwise I'll make your life in a hell!"? I really cannot understand how you can say that I was rude. and I say again, next time tell things like they exacly happened: I say again, I have the right to complain with somebody who sold me something that do not work as announced, and thats not threaten or anything similiar.

"It should work fine on regular maps.", "it seems to work well". How can you put on sell something that "might" work? even so, that “partial” fix isn’t enough. they’re still spawning inside water and just stay there attacking the base, eighter me or other player can’t kill them because they’re underwater, and we're not talking about deep waters.

you need to actually provide support to people who buy the plugin, not just silence them when they ask for help. telling me “I tried everything and can’t, not even put them swimming” isn’t support, it’s a dead end. if it’s in that state, why are you still selling it? that is not acceptable, either you provide real support to resolve these issues, or you give me a refund and acknowledge the plugin doesn’t work as expected. and again, i'm not threatening anybody, I think I have the right to complain with something that I paid and it's not working as announced, and that's not treathening.

I'm not threatening anybody, I'm just requesting a refund due to the known issues that this plugin have, that were unknown to me, because you don't say on the description that NPC's come to raid you under terrain and you're not able to shoot 'em. Why do you see it as a threat?

I’m contacting you for support because I’ve been muted on the Discord after asking for a refund explaining the situation with POV of the issue, the plugin is spawning scientists under the ground and under water, with no way to recover or remove them. That breaks gameplay and makes the plugin unusable in its current state. I’m requesting proper assistance to fix these critical bugs.
