Stopped working with new rust update

it stopped working the plugin TCUpgrades c.reload TCUpgrade Requested 'TCUpgrade' for compilation Plugin 'TCUpgrades' does not match with its file-name 'tcupgrade'. Invalid plugin format in 'TCUpgrade.cs'. Namespace must be Carbon|Oxide.Plugins and inherited class must be Carbon|Rust|CovalencePlugin. -

it not work i have done all the directories , say error line 38 c.reload ApartmentsPlus Failed compiling 'ApartmentsPlus.cs': 1.
