Each level has its own separate fuel configuration. This feature was introduced recently. In your setup, only the first level is configured with coal, while the others still need to be adjusted as well, just like in the image I sent.

Hello, yes, it is possible to do that. What likely happened is that your configuration file has an issue and is loading the default settings. Please send me your configuration file so I can check what the problem is.
