I looked at the code and the feature is already working, I think you judged it too soon young man ^^ If you read correctly the option it is pointing to is "DISABLE CHAT MESSAGES?" and you set it to "false" instead of "true", if you want to disable messages, set it to "true"

I'm replacing Rust's default methods, and I don't think they do this by default, they probably switched from integers to decimals due to some possible bug, but I'm going to add this "probability" feature for you now! I really liked the suggestion, thank you, I also didn't understand why using decimals instead of integers

Sorry for the disable messages feature, ill fix it right now, and about the language doesn't changing, its because of your game, try changing the game language to the same language you want to apply, and if you want to change the language for all users who have a different language, you must change it in the en folder

My proposal to leave all furnaces level 1 by default is so that this can replace plugins like QuickSmelting and others that modify the default attributes of the furnaces in game, but I can make an option for that ^^
